Your email mailbox
Configure your @valeon.blog address and choose where mail arrives. Find this page in the sidebar under Settings → Email.
Your @valeon.blog address
Every author has a personal address on the @valeon.blog domain. By default this matches your author URL — if your author page is /authors/jane-smith, your mailbox is jane-smith@valeon.blog.
You can change the part before the @ to anything that’s not already taken. Allowed characters are letters, numbers, dots, hyphens, and underscores. A few reserved names (like postmaster) can’t be used.
Forwarding mail to your personal inbox
By default, everything sent to your @valeon.blog address shows up only in the dashboard’s inbox. Turn on Email forwarding to also send a copy to the personal email address on your account. Toggle it off and incoming mail stays in the dashboard only.
What about notification emails?
The dashboard sends automatic emails for things like a review being requested or your data export being ready. Those go straight to the personal email address on your account — they aren’t configured from this page. Your @valeon.blog mailbox is for incoming mail from readers and contacts, not system notifications.
